E3SM CMIP data generation errata

E3SM.3_0.*.LR.atmos.native.model-output.mon.* (except piControl)

CMOR fails on CFmon.clisccp with error: !

Error: Invalid value(s) detected for variable 'clisccp' (table: CFmon): 22785000 values were NaNs.

! First encountered NaN was at (axis: index/value): time: 0/51131 tau: 0/0.15 plev: 0/90000 lat: 162/72.5 lon: 0/0.5

! MIP data (missing values or otherwise) must not include "NaN's". Please replace all "NaN's" with an acceptable actual number.

! If you consider the "NaN's" to be missing, then replace them with the official "missing_value", which for CMIP floating point numbers is 1.e20.

Addressed by adding function replacing NaNs with the required FILL_value in the dataset (for CFmon.clisccp) prior to calling cmor.write. All v3 LR datasets are now generated.
